Centrifugal Impeller
A centrifugal impeller/Blower is a mechanical device which uses the moving air with other gases to a desire direction at high pressure. Blower helps to increase the speed and volume of air stream with its rotating curved blades. The centrifugal impeller uses the centrifugal power supplied from the rotations of impellers to increase the kinetic energy of the air/gases.
There are various types of Sereis Available As below:
1) D-Series
Double inlet blower wheel: - Double inlet blower is made of special alloy aluminium. It has either side inlet or outlet, which makes it more productive. D Series blowers are designed in such a manner that it can generate higher CFM as per the requirements
D-Series blowers have several advantages as below:
- Low noise- Light weight
- Vibration Free
- High Strength
- Longer life tested
- Corrosion Free
- All products are dynamically balanced on the latest technology digital balancing machine.
- All products are passed through stringent quality standard as per grade G 6.3 of ISO 1940.
- This type of impellers used in the heavy duty works like, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, high duty heat exchangers and many more places.
- D-Series blowers are available in wide range of sizes and can make different other sizes as per client’s requirements.
- D-series blower wheels have range of diameter from 6” to 15” inches and height is from 6” to 15” inches.
- We can also make D-series blowers with other metals upon the request. (Galvanized Iron, Mild Steel, Aluminium)
2) S-Series
Single inlet blower wheel: - Single inlet blower has one side inlet and other side outlet. S-series blowers are manufactured with special alloy aluminium. The curved blades of the blower rotate and create the air pressure and air flow.
S-Series blowers have several advantages as below:
- Low noise- Light weight
- Vibration Free
- High Strength
- Longer life tested
- Corrosion Free
- All products are dynamically balanced on the latest technology digital balancing machine.
- All products are passed through stringent quality standard as per grade G 6.3 of ISO 1940.

- S -Series blowers are available in wide range of sizes and can make different other sizes as per client’s requirements.
- S -series blower wheels have range of diameter from 6” to 15” inches and height is from 6” to 15” inches.

3) G-Series
G.I. blower: - G series blowers are made from high quality galvanized iron. These blowers are available in Single inlet blower wheel.
G-Series blowers have several advantages as below:
